Frequently Asked Questions

QUESTION: How do I know the mobile Karaoke Theater can come to my house?
ANSWER: Our drivers are excellent and can go nearly anywhere. As long as your driveway or street isn’t a very sharp hill, we can come. Otherwise, you can divert us to a nearby park, church or parking lot! We need up to 50 feet of cleared space (fairly flat). 

QUESTION: Will everybody know what to do?
ANSWER: That’s why we bring our Karaoke DJ/Coach! He/she helps guests along and sings to “break the ice” and get the party started. We make sure it’s the party of the year!

QUESTION: Should I request certain music?
ANSWER: Our song list is very diverse…we’ve got classics, 80’s, 90’s, Top 40, R&B…chances are we’ve got plenty of your favorites!

QUESTION: What about bad weather?
ANSWER: We come rain, shine, chilly or hot — we are climate controlled! As long as it is safe for us to drive, we’ll be there!  (In the event of major storm or heavy snow, we will work with you to reschedule your event as possible.)

QUESTION: What time will you arrive?
ANSWER: We will arrive 15-20 minutes prior to the event in order to set-up and rest assured, our door will be open for your guests by the start of your party time!

QUESTION: What if too many people show up to the party? Is there an extra charge?
ANSWER: Our mobile Karaoke theater is best suited for parties of 16 or fewer, although we can sit up to 20 on our cushioned “double decker” seating!

QUESTION: Do I have to pay for the party in advance?
ANSWER: Our reservations go quickly. When we confirm your booking request, we’ll discuss payment with you. We accept most credit and debit cards for payment.
